📄️ Our definition of Health
For us, Health is the state of plenitude represented by the balance between four core pillars: physical, body, sleep, and mental/Social Health. Balance means the ideal proportion of things, not sleeping too little, but not too much either, and exercising according to what our body needs - particular to our physical characteristics and our age. We are social beings so to live fully it is necessary to take care of our mental Health and the hours of work/leisure in our daily routine, work is fundamental but balance is vital. This is reflected in our graphic representation of Health, a circle (life/health circle) in which each pillar is representing a fundamental part. The circle representation allows one to see in an instant the balance or missing balance between each of those pillars as well as the need to adjust and correct habits and activities around each pillar.
